You will communicate with your doctor during a virtual appointment using video conference over your phone, tablet, or computer. You can also connect with your doctor over a phone call. Video conference is preferred.

Yes. Our doctor can provide a work excuse or a school excuse. We will attempt to accommodate some special requests.
Yes! Our doctors offer advice, guidance, and referrals, and can send prescriptions if appropriate. Prescriptions are sent electronically and securely to the pharmacy of your choice for you to pick up. We cannot provide narcotics or controlled medications such as opioids, ADHD medications, benzodiazepines, or weight control medications through a virtual visit.

If you have questions or any problems after your consultation ends, you have access to free support through the patient portal or communication with our office or contact the doctor through our answering service.
We can treat patients ages 16 years and above.
We can treat almost anything. We cannot treat emergencies such as life-threatening conditions. We do not offer bloodwork or imaging studies.
If scheduling without insurance, payment is collected securely through PayTrace which accepts all major credit cards and debit cards.
